We have been with them for the past year. During every visit the facility is clean and decorated, and the staff are just as friendly as they can be, always welcoming and friendly. I never have a problem with scheduling an appointment or them confirming. My baby's teeth look amazing and since her actual braces have been put on, let’s say it’s been seven months (she needed a little extra love and care beforehand), the transition has been so beautiful. The owner (gentlemen) don’t have time for any games; he’s about his work and that’s just that. I would highly recommend and have!!!Winifred

My family of five are all patients and we love this office. We get the best service every time we go and customer service is above and beyond. The office manager is extremely helpful and attentive to all matters from billing to professionalism of the staff. The orthodontist is amazing and the payment schedule is affordable for most. I have only had one issue since being there and it was quickly resolved. We will continue to come because customer service is everything. And I hate going to the dentist, but my cleanings are painless and even fillings aren’t brutal. Special shout out to Ms. Porsche and Stephanie, my favs at this location.... they keep me coming back.Shavonna

Five stars for the services that I received each time I'm there. I have not had a problem with staff or the medical team. Three stars for the waiting room. The front could be kept a little cleaner. The floor definitely need to be swept, mop and buff.Charmony

Essence Dental offered me such an amazing dental experience. I truly feel as though this office was God sent. After visiting multiple doctors in the past two (2) weeks, Essence Dental provided me with all the information that I was searching for. It is nothing like having tears flow down your face because someone understands all the health issues and pain you are currently dealing with. I called this dental office on a Tuesday morning at 9:15 a.m. for an appointment and was being seen by a dentist at 10:30 a.m. the very same day (won't God do it). Essence Dental gives you wonderful service in a caring and supportive atmosphere. I have finally found my new dental care home.
